Although we are sad to see Maria leave us to pursue a new career in accountancy we are delighted to have appointed Nigel Denne as her replacement.

Nigel is a local boy with many years of experience as a Head Chef. He also spent some time as a college instructor and intends to re-introduce Food Technology back on the Cavendish timetable.
